Hospitality Manager | Residential Aged Care
Location: Young, NSW | Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)

Are you a Chef or Hospitality Leader ready to swap the grueling split-shifts for a role with purpose and a true work-life balance?

Our Client is a for-purpose organization with a legacy spanning over a century. They are known for providing compassionate, high-quality care when it is needed most. They are currently seeking a passionate Hospitality Manager to lead their services in Young, NSW, and transform "standard care" into a "home-like experience."

The Lifestyle Advantage
Forget the late nights and the constant weekend rush. With our client, you get the stability of an established organization with:
✅ Work-Life Harmony: Strictly Monday to Friday, finally reclaim your weekends and evenings.
✅ Financial Growth: Generous Salary Packaging options to maximize your take-home pay.
✅ Total Wellbeing: Comprehensive health and wellness programs, including an Employee Assistance Program and Fitness Passport for you and your family.
✅ Career Runway: Ongoing professional development and a chance to build an impact that is hard to find elsewhere.

The Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you won’t just be managing a kitchen; you will be the heart of the home. You will lead a dedicated team across Catering, Housekeeping, and Laundry to ensure residents live in comfort, safety, and dignity.

Your impact will include:
➡️ Leading the Kitchen: Overseeing nutritious, high-quality meal service (and jumping "on the tools" when the team needs an expert hand).
➡️ Operational Excellence: Managing set menus, local suppliers, and resources efficiently within budget.
➡️ Environmental Standards: Driving excellence in housekeeping and laundry services to ensure every detail is compliant and pristine.
➡️ People First: Fostering a positive, team-oriented environment through mentoring and staff development.

Who You Are
You’re a "people person" with high emotional intelligence and a background in high-volume hospitality. While aged care experience is a plus, our client welcomes candidates from hotels or restaurants, they provide all the industry-specific training you need.

What you bring to the table:
⭐ Trade Qualified: Relevant qualifications with previous experience as a Chef or Cook.
⭐ Natural Leader: Proven ability to manage, coach, and inspire large, diverse teams.
⭐ Compliance Savvy: A rock-solid understanding of OHS, Food Safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
⭐ Multi-Disciplinary: Experience (or a strong interest) in managing housekeeping and laundry operations.

At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all. We actively encourage applications from any background.
